GOODS ARE SOLD SUBJECT TO UNITED KINGDOM TRADING STANDARDS

We are sure that you will be happy with the quality of your purchase. However, if any item does not meet with your satisfaction, please return it undamaged within 7 days of receipt and we will refund the original price of the item(s) or send you an exchange. We regret that postage will not be refunded. In the case of video and other items please advise us of the problem by email first. We will not accept the return of a CD,DVD or video if the shrink wrapping/seal has been broken for access, unless it is faulty in some way.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
When returning goods, please remember to ask for a proof of posting certificate from your post office or shipping agent just in case the parcel does not reach us. We cannot accept liability for goods sent by customers, which are lost or damaged in transit.

PRICES
Any other special taxes in your country must be dealt with on receipt of the goods and the price shown is the price you pay us and is exclusive of these. We always charge in Pounds Sterling so the actual charge to your card will vary slightly with the exchange rate, an example price for dollars is shown based on an exchange of 1.62 dollars to each pound.

TRADE DESCRIPTIONS ACT
Every care has been taken to ensure that the specifications of all products are correct at the time of going to press. However, while colour production is a reasonable representation, a variation may occur. We cannot be held responsible for this variation. In keeping with our policy of continuous design and development, we reserve the right to amend or substitute fabrics whilst maintaining or improving performance standards.

DELIVERY
We will try our best to keep stock of all items and therefore dispatch your order within 3 days from receipt. However, if at the time of your order we do not have your chosen items, we will endeavor to meet your order as soon as possible and advise you of the delay, at which point you may cancel the order for a full refund. You should allow a maximum of 28 days for delivery. You will be emailed when the goods have been dispatched and when we initially accept the order from you. If we suggest a change to the order which does not meet with your approval we will refund the full amount charged to your credit card.

SAFETY
Never allow babies and children to play with polythene bags or wrappers.
