The DVD
starts with a rolling introduction about Cuba.
This has visually stunning
images from Cuba which is beautifully accompanied by Rumba music.

We then go on to show a Rueda performed by ten dancers, five couples.
There are three of these , a beginners piece, an intermediate piece and
a fast advanced piece.
While a piece is playing there is a menu bar at the bottom of the screen.
Every
time a move is done the name of the move appears on the screen and allows
you to hit a button...

The next
section is another Rueda but this time with the best six dancers in
a faster advanced dance.
More than 40 moves are illustrated
with 4 viewpoints so you can see hand, feet and body actions.
Each of
these pieces of video repeat automatically and you can slow, reverse and
analyze them in detail.

In beginners and intermediate sections you can choose the move from the
live action as it plays,
or
from a menu.
You then have a choice of 4 different viewpoints, of which the feet
and whole viewpoint are most useful.
The move is then played in an automatic repeat so you can examine and copy
it.
There is over 2 hours of video footage with many extras that are useful to a rueda or Casino dancer.
