Shopping information

Postage and packing is shown on the order sheet when you select the delivery country

We use a secure form to collect and check credit card details.
These
details are not kept electronically after the order is processed and no one else ever gets to see them, except us.

Except where delivery delay is shown, if we cannot complete the order within 3 days we tell you
and you can opt for an immediate refund.

You are not committed in any way until you enter and accept the credit card details.
So try us and see how easy it is.

All our items are Artists materials and we do not give refunds unless the item is faulty in manufacture.
There is plenty of information on the website before you commit to a purchase. We do not do rentals.

Distance buying in the Uk:

If you recieve the item and return it IMMEDIATELY in the original packaging UNOPENED and with the correct postage applied
we will immediately refund your purchase price, less the cost of P&P incurred in sending you the parcel (£1.31 in the UK)
In exceptional circumstances we charge a re-stocking fee of 10% plus the original P&P, provided the item is undamaged.

Television standards information

Where do you live?: You are probably aware that different parts of the world use different television standards.

Most of Europe like the United Kingdom, Italy and Germany, use PAL. The United States, Japan, Cuba and many Latin American countries use NTSC.

We now ONLY sell PAL DVDs ( DVD region 0, worldwide) but you can play these on your computer system whatever part of the world you live in.
Some DVD players will play all the standards, if in doubt buy a European quality player such as Panasonic...they will usually play both standards Ok...or can be modified to.

Just to make our position clear: If you paid for it, we want you to play it wherever you live!

We found the cheapest pro-line player we bought in Comet in the Uk played everything...without a problem...for £25.00!!

Most European players will play American DVDs but for some reason, better understood by themselves,
the rest of the world call this a trade barrier, American's are not allowed to view our products.
